The total order of ski passes can be cancelled free of charge up to Thursday* before arrival. Changes to the number, duration, area etc. are possible free of charge up to Tuesday* before arrival.
No deposit to be paid; order and payment up to 10 days before arrival at Alpenchalets.
Alpenchalets brokers the ski passes as an external service, for the lift companies concerned.
* In the La Tzoumaz - Verbier - 4 Valleys ski area, the deadline for cancellations and changes is 4 days before arrival.
